Typhoons, flood must be seen as water resource not as disaster - LWUA | Business and Politics<br /><br />Local Water Utilities Administration head Vicente “Vince” Revil says that there must be a paradigm shift when looking at typhoons and flooding in the country, which can be sources of water.<br /><br />He suggests a system that catches rainwater and floods to be reused as water supply for the community.
